This site is a product of Point2Create BV. We build self-service tools: you fill in a structured form, a machine analyses it against datasets, and you get a report in which every outcome can be traced back to the rule that produced it.
The tool enforces the four layers: a vision gives direction, a vision state says what "achieved" looks like in measurable terms, a target covers twelve months and a target state is concrete, measurable and time-bound. Ambitions may not overlap and a target state that is not completable cannot be saved. On top of that comes the double test — readiness on eight dimensions and five confidence gates — and a capability translation: what the organisation must be able to do, which roles that needs, and where the decision rights sit.
No person of ours is involved in your analysis. The intake, the scoring and the report are machine work; what you do with the outcome is up to you. If you want guidance, you choose that yourself as a route through a partner — after our report, outside our process.
We work with datasets and rules, not a black box. Every score comes with the factors that determined it and where they come from. That's not just tidy: it's the only form you can bring to a boardroom table or a works council.
No outcomes, no savings, no guarantees. Figures come with a range and a confidence label, because a figure without a margin is a figure that's wrong.
